Behind Mind the Gap is Stefan Ormenișan — a self-taught designer who, after a restless youth in small-town Transylvania, started printing wallpaper in his parents' garage and went on to build one of the most distinctive names in the business. Founded in 2016 with partner Victor Șerban, the brand is known for maximalist, story-rich designs — Art Deco, vintage and contemporary, from leafy prints to mythical creatures — all made on premium non-woven substrate with eco-friendly inks. Eclectic, beautifully crafted, and never knowingly understated.
